Hanaro, headquartered in the Netherlands, is a service company established in 2001. It specializes in providing RMA and after-sales services (AS) for Samsung Electronics' European subsidiaries in Western Europe, covering products such as laptop computers, ODD, security devices, and VCRs.
Customer Needs
Due to the limitations of the support systems provided by partner corporations, Hanaro experienced difficulties in managing company resources in an integrated manner, which highlighted the need for redefining its business processes and implementing an integrated information system.
