 Customer Needs 

Intellian faced limitations in its growth as a global company, with its systems operating independently across its five entities, including the Korean headquarters and four overseas subsidiaries (U.S., Netherlands, U.K., Singapore). To overcome this, Intellian aimed to implement ERP systems simultaneously across all five subsidiaries, enhancing operational excellence by establishing a global profit and loss management system, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency management.

 Why Woongjin and the Solution were Chosen 

Woongjin’s SAP S/4HANA solution includes industry-specific best practices, addressing the limitations of existing ERP systems and providing an environment that effectively responds to changes in external business conditions. By building a digital core system that serves as the standard within the company, Intellian could achieve digital business innovation amidst rapidly changing external environments.

 Results 

Through the implementation of a global ONE system based on S/4HANA, Intellian developed a system capable of adapting to changes. The company was able to establish integrated management plans across the organization and divisions, with real-time access to global logistics information making business operations more transparent. Automated financial processing functions improved operational efficiency for employees, while management gained the ability to create enterprise-wide integrated business plans, laying the foundation for enhanced business competitiveness. Additionally, product serial inventory management improved the quality of customer service.
