Customer Needs
Intellian faced limitations in its growth as a global company, with its systems operating independently across its five entities, including the Korean headquarters and four overseas subsidiaries (U.S., Netherlands, U.K., Singapore). To overcome this, Intellian aimed to implement ERP systems simultaneously across all five subsidiaries, enhancing operational excellence by establishing a global profit and loss management system, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency management.
