 Customer Needs 

The company aimed to enhance operational efficiency and data reliability within its new subsidiary in China by establishing a standardized information system. The absence of an enterprise system at the subsidiary had necessitated manual data management, leading to discrepancies between departments. This created an urgent need for a new IT information system. Additionally, the lack of integration between logistics and financial data was affecting both operational efficiency and data accuracy.

 Why Woongjin and the Solution were Chosen

We have also provided integrated systems that ensure smooth connectivity between headquarters and global subsidiaries. Our successful completion of the SAP implementation project for the Beijing subsidiary of the company K’s parent company made Woongjin an ideal partner for this project as well.

 Results 

With SAP Business One, Company K successfully implemented a new integrated information system at its Chinese branch, significantly improving business process efficiency. The system enabled standardized business processes, established a master data framework and defined roles and responsibilities, ensured swift and accurate inventory handling, and integrated logistics, production, and financial data management. This laid the foundation for a fully digitalized business environment. Going forward, Company K plans to integrate various ICT technologies into its operations and enhance its business environment through step-by-step upgrades in collaboration with Woongjin, including ongoing support for its China operations.
