Challenges
The Korea subsidiary struggled with low operational efficiency due to limited system integration with the Turkey headquarters. Without an ERP platform, teams depended heavily on manual workflows and spreadsheet-based reporting, resulting in delays, inconsistent data, and frequent communication gaps.
