 Company Overview 

Telit Group is a wireless communication company with its global headquarters in Irvine, California, providing a variety of solutions for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication. Telit Wireless Solutions Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Telit Communications S.p.A, was established in June 2006 as Telit Group’s Korean hub. Serving as a strategic base for the Asia-Pacific region, Telit Wireless Solutions manages marketing, development, and production, supplying products developed in Korea to global markets.

 Customer Needs 

As part of its rollout project for Telit Wireless Solutions Co., Ltd., Telit Group needed a localized system tailored to the Korean business environment. The project required implementing core business processes through key SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, and SD while also developing localized features specific to the business operations in Korea.

 Results 

The SAP system successfully implemented core business functions for finance, sales, distribution, and materials management, enabling the global client to smoothly initiate its business in the Korean market. Specifically, Woongjin contributed to the localization of the system by developing features that accommodated the Korean business environment, such as VAT compliance. The project also included structured training sessions for end-users, maximizing the system’s usability and effectiveness.
